I hold a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arizona. I have 22 years of management experience working in the auto remarketing industry for Cox Enterprises. Upon my departure from Cox, I refocused my energy, returning to my passion of counseling and social work. I achieved my master’s in social work from Arizona State University in 2023 and my Associate Licensure in 2024.

My professional therapeutic approach is focused on cognitive behavioral therapy and grief counseling, from a person-centered and solution-focused perspective, also utilizing the technique of motivational interviewing to round out my therapeutic toolbox.

My approach is centered around trauma-informed care. My work and research with survivors of sexual assault and those with developmental and intellectual disabilities, has informed my current approach to counseling. I have also had experience working with youth offenders.
