I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and have been in the helping profession for 20 years. I have experience working with Adults, Children, Adolescents, Families, and Spanish-speaking population. I received my bachelors degree in Mexican American Studies from the University of Arizona and my Master of Science in Counseling degree in 2016 from the University of Phoenix.

I utilize various therapy approaches such as CBT/Trauma Focused CBT, Person Centered, Solution Focused, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems. My goal is to provide a safe therapeutic environment and build a positive and trusting relationship to make your therapy experience a positive one. I will help my clients identify their strengths and goals in their treatment to be able to make life changes.
