I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in helping others find their voice and manage life experiences.

I am a Tucson native, and have been in the helping field since 2008. I enjoy meeting people and supporting their work on difficult circumstances. 

I am a person centered therapist first and believe that any individual is an expert about their life. I prefer to work collaboratively with others to identify a goal, treatment plan and to ultimately no longer need therapy. 

 

I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ community and those who have experienced grief and loss. 

I am also trained in EMDR therapy to address traumatic experiences, as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.

I have had the privilege to work with a variety of ages, and am currently accepting clients that are teenage and older.
